Alongside her compliance career, Sally has acted as an expert witness in financial services matters, providing independent, authoritative opinions in complex regulatory and professional standards cases. She also brings significant experience in IFA acquisitions and mergers, supporting firms through due diligence, regulatory change, and post-acquisition integration.

Sally runs her own successful compliance consultancy, advising IFAs and financial services firms on regulatory requirements, FCA expectations, and best practice. In addition, she owns and operates her own Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) business, giving her first-hand insight into the operational and commercial realities faced by advisory firms.
