T4 Cameras regret to announce the impending closure of their store at 62 Cheap Street, Newbury, Berkshire.
Their lease expires on August 7th 2014, and they’ll be shutting up the shop by then.

T4 owner Tom Dingwall told Pixel “Two redevelopments in Newbury have taken retail trade to the far end of the town and new parking restrictions have made life very difficult for the casual visitor to call into the store. The road in which we are situated is being given up to restaurants and take-away outlets, and this is taking passing trade away from the area.

“Our market has changed dramatically during these past five years, and whilst we have managed the change of focus of our business in our Swindon and Witney stores, this has not been the case in Newbury.

“We are looking at the closure as a positive decision that will enable the company to put more focus and energy into the Swindon and Witney stores and our on-line presence and to develop the excellent relationships that we have with all our customers and our major suppliers.”

T4’s Swindon and Witney stores will continue as usual.
